Paul Enns, Everything Happens for a Reason?: God’s Purposes in a World Gone Bad ($1.99).- Crossway (the link to the sale page doesn’t appear to be working) has all of its ebooks on sale for $5.99 and there are several excellent deals there. The website is cumbersome, but it will be worth the effort to look around. A few that stood out to me:
