So these first months of the year, we are in the first five books of the Old Testament — the Pentateuch.  For many books of the Bible, I have put together some brief summaries of the books, consisting of some basic theological considerations of the books, along with statements about themes and structure.

All of these summaries (which I’ve called, “Reading ____”) for the Pentateuch can be downloaded from the website:

  1. Excellent idea! I wish I would have had this in January to help out my congregation–some of whom are reading through the OT or the whole Bible this year. Will plan on making it available next year!
